A unique 7-day mindful retreat with Nicole Woyak, whose teaching philosophy is based on finding freedom inside the body by cultivating balance, strength and flexibility. Her practices focus on understanding how we store tension in the body and learning how to release it, creating openness and aligning the body to ignite the process of transformation.
The retreat includes daily yoga sessions with Nicole Woyak, two holistic workout sessions with Marianne Chrysikakou and two Mediterranean diet workshops with Alex Tsiotinis.
