A unique 6-day retreat with Martina Rando, a 500h certified Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga instructor from Milan. She gets inspiration from other styles and disciplines in her practice and teaching, while the main theme of her classes is balance between structure and fluidity, hardness and softness, movement and breath.
The retreat includes daily yoga sessions with Martina Rando, two holistic workout sessions with Marianne Chrysikakou and two Mediterranean diet workshops with Alex Tsiotinis.
